REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
Refund and Exchange Policy for ARI Africa
All of the items on our website are handcrafted one at a time. As a result, the placement, color shade, and pattern of your order can vary slightly. We make every effort to ensure that the product you get resembles the pictures in the listings as closely as possible.
If your order is shipped with some kind of harm or malfunction, please follow the instructions. You have the option of receiving a refund or having a replacement sent to you.
The Process
1) Please email us at admin@ari.africa with your order number and a summary and photo of the damage, or a specific explanation for your disappointment, within 3 days of delivery.
2) After we receive your comments, we will contact you within two business days to determine how we can correct the issue.
3) Within 10 business days, refunds will be approved. Replacements will be sent through the mail.
Other situations in which you might be eligible for a swap or rebate include:

Wrong goods were sent to you.

The order was sent to the incorrect address (this only applies if we make a mailing error). We are not responsible if you supply us with the incorrect address.)
Substitutes
At this time, we can only have identical substitutes.
Refunds
Your refund will be issued in the same manner as the initial payment method. Please keep in mind that credit card refunds can take up to 10 business days to process, depending on your bank's processing times.
